Jeffrey Kienholz
Jeffrey Kienholz has over thirty years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry and is the founder and Broker-in-Charge of OMNI Group.
Mr. Kienholz is a graduate of Penn State University and began his real estate career on Hilton Head Island, SC, and later moved to Greenville, SC where he transitioned into commercial real estate. His experience includes leasing, management and development with national developer, Paragon Group. In 1994, Jeffrey moved to Charlotte, NC and started OMNI Group, specializing in the sale of investment properties located mainly in the Southeast. His focus is on grocery anchored shopping centers, with extensive knowledge of Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods, and Publix anchors. His experience also includes the sale of single tenant properties leased to tenants like Tractor Supply, McDonald’s, Arby’s, Wendy’s, Chili’s, Advance Auto Parts, CVS, Walgreens and others.
